Food Certificate Training
To receive a certification you must first complete the free online food protection course or pay to attend the course in person.

The food safety manager certification credential communicates to the food service and retail industry that you have the knowledge skills and abilities necessary to oversee the safe storage preparation and service of food in the workplace. With the food manager certification exam there are no required courses or training requirements leading up to the exam unless jurisdiction requirements stipulate otherwise. Food managers certificate holders can renew their certificates in a shortened 2 half day class by registering for the renewal course within 90 days following expiration of their current certificate.

Person in charge pic certification in food protection is a mandated training for the designated person in charge for each shift of a risk level i ii iii and iv food service operation or retail food establishment if any of the following apply.
