This is actually a bypass graft in someone that has had bypass surgery.

When the blood supply does not meet the demand of the heart muscles it leads to angina. Depending on the cause of your diaphragm pain you might experience one or more of the following symptoms. The pain may aggravate during physical exertion and may disappear upon resting. Inability to take a full breath.
You could be short of breath sweat faint or feel sick to your stomach. Discomfort and shortness of breath after eating. Pain in your chest or lower ribs. Heart pain can radiate into the arms jaw and between the shoulder blades but it rarely moves from place to place on different days.
Men and women can have different symptoms. Sometimes even the pain on the position of the heart also doesnt mean that its a heart attack. Gradual onset of pain over the course of a few minutes. Your neck jaw or shoulders might hurt.
You may feel pain pressure or discomfort in your chest. This degree of narrowing is associated with significantly reduced blood flow to the heart muscle and can underlie symptoms such as chest pain and shortness of breath. One day your chest pain is on the right side of your chest and the next day its on the left side of your chest. The pain in angina is more or less similar to that experienced in a heart attack.
Symptoms of diaphragm pain. Chest pain that gets worse when you take a breath. The other areas which hurt on the chest are not all heart pains.
